As strategists, we are all about gaining and sharing insight, collaborating with colleagues and tapping into agency resources to develop more effective solutions.

We will endeavour to take the time to really get to know our clients, their concerns, sector trends and challenges and potential gaps in knowledge, so we can tailor our recommendations accordingly. We want to encourage our clients to be ambitious by presenting options and acting as a critical friend throughout. At the beginning of a project, we seek clarity from the brief, set collective goals to the team, and are diligent in following agreed processes and systems, so everyone is clear on what is expected from them. We are proactive in pursuing new opportunities with existing clients and ensure proper time is allocated to developing our offering in new sectors and markets. We will strive to be empathetic and understanding to the agency as a whole as well as our team and develop internal capability by providing opportunities to learn, enabling shadowing and being generous with time.

  • Be disciplined about the time we scope and spend on projects, remaining vigilant on allocated and billable hours

  • Tap more effectively into agency resources by leveraging in-house talent and expertise to develop the most effective and creative strategic solutions

  • Share our knowledge across other disciplines inside the agency and keep team members informed of progress and developments

  • Set collective goals and positive dynamics within the team at the beginning of all projects

  • Be diligent in following agreed processes and systems so everyone is clear on expectations

  • Explore collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop market positioning, campaigns and thought leadership
