Our key ambition is to build confidence across all levels of the team in order to encourage greater idea sharing and creative exploration.
We must stay mindful of the multi levels within our team and allow room to practise and present to others. Together, we will develop through collective goal setting and making the most of past learning, both our successes and where things went wrong. When working cross-company, we will naturally lead the creative conversations and we will take the time to articulate the rationale behind our design decisions. We strive to push ourselves and our ideas for the client while making sure the brief requirements are at the forefront of what we do. Our upcoming Design Manifesto will drive common understanding and solidify our agreed processes and systems.
