“Culture is what happens around here,” we used to say. But what happens when there is no one around here? 

The answer is we bind ourselves together in a common bond of values and behaviours. So despite being apart, we think and act the same. So we stand for something together. And that way we stay united as a team. 

I always liked to call it ‘the Luminous way’, but now I love the idea of LOVE (and thanks to Alan for that one by the way). Because our success is built on people loving their time with us, caring about both the work they do and everyone they work with. 

We are mostly living these values everyday already. In fact the spirit of them has been at the heart of Luminous for nearly 20 years. But they have now been re-articulated by you, in a way that feels relevant to you today.

So please enjoy this microsite. Obviously focus on the behaviours of your team. But also take the time to explore how the behaviours have been refined for other teams, as that will help you understand more about your colleagues’ worlds and see things from their perspectives. 

And that will bring us even closer than ever.
